Emma Papenfus graduated with her Masters degree in art therapy from Mount Mary University in 2017.

Emma’s therapeutic focus in outpatient therapy is utilizing art as a tool for facilitating conversation, exploring various issues and diagnoses, and developing healthy coping skills.
​
Emma has worked in a Child Protective Agency geared toward safety and well-being for children and families, facilitating a safe environment for re-connection and familial growth.
Emma was an art therapy intern for adults with cognitive and developmental delays and disabilities, patients and families coping with cancer diagnoses, as well as persons suffering with homelessness.
At this time Emma now specializes in working with children with autism at the in-home treatment level through ABA services
